Internet inquiries are made on a request basis only. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours after we receive your credit card information or after you send money via e-transfer. After our notification, the reservation is considered confirmed.

We may not be ready before 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, please be sure to contact us at least one day in advance. Even so, we may not be able to meet your request.

We would like to kindly remind you that our hotel's amenities and property are provided for your comfort during your stay. However, it is important to note that taking hotel property home or causing damage to it may result in additional charges.
We kindly request that you treat our facilities and belongings with care and respect, as any missing or damaged items will be billed at their actual cost.
We trust that you will understand the necessity of this policy, which allows us to maintain the quality and comfort of our accommodations for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must arrange any change in the number of guests, or length of stay prior to the reserved date of arrival. We will try our best to accommodate such changes, but we cannot guarantee it. Please remember that if you reduce the length of your stay the cancellation policy applies!
A $20 administration fee will be charged when you cancel or change the date of your reservation.
For Cottages
2 weeks for booking 3 or less nights
3 weeks for booking of 4- 6 days
4 weeks for booking over 7 days
For Rooms
2 Weeks for booking 3 or less nights
3 weeks for booking over 4 days
Late Cancellation
May incur a charge of 50% of the booking if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation.
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival 100% of the booking will be charged.
Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to these policies. We recommend that you safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances by purchasing vacation rental insurance.
